Dr. Oppenheim works as a consultant to attorneys to help them understand the psychological implications of cases and advise strategies that lead to the development of cross-examination or deposition questioning. Dr. Oppenheim conducts custody evaluations, psychological evaluations, serves as a Guardian ad Litem, and consults with attorneys on cases related to forensic psychological inquiry. She can help advise you on issues that may be relevant to your case of which you may not be aware. She can help to better inform you about the strengths and weaknesses of psychological and custody evaluations as well as to provide the current prevailing psychological literature in the areas of child development and family issues that are relevant to divorce, custody, and reconstituted or relocating families. Dr. Oppenheim can also assess and advise on educational matters.
